Mobile Notary Services

Convenient notarization at your location.

Capacity Services offers mobile notary services by appointment in Charleston and surrounding West Virginia communities. Heidi Bonnett Adams, a commissioned West Virginia Notary Public, travels to your home, workplace, or another agreed location to provide signature acknowledgments, signature witnessing, and oaths and affirmations.

Whether you need a personal or business document notarized, we make the appointment convenient and straightforward.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Have the complete document ready, with all information filled in except signatures and the notary’s section.

  • Bring a current driver’s license, passport, or government-issued identification card. If your identification is expired or unavailable, contact us before scheduling to discuss acceptable alternatives.

  • Each person whose signature we will notarize must be present for their notarization.

  • Please wait to sign until your appointment. If you have already signed, let us know beforehand so we can determine whether an acknowledgment is appropriate.

  • Tell us in advance if your document requires additional witnesses, so arrangements can be confirmed.

Contact us with your location, document type, and number of signatures needing notarization to request an appointment and fee information. Call or text (304) 308-2903 or email heidi@capacityserviceswv.com to schedule your appointment.
